Payment Terms
All payments are processed via PayPal Friends & Family or Venmo. By selecting Friends & Family, you acknowledge this is a personal transaction and waive PayPal buyer protection. We will provide our payment details after you submit your order. Do not send payment until you receive our confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking numbers are emailed within 24 hours of shipment. We are not responsible for carrier delays or packages lost after delivery confirmation. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue. Disputes must be raised before payment chargebacks are initiated.
